Stress is a critical psychological trauma that affects human body functioning, and without a formidable management plan, it might lead to fatalities. Therefore, adopting a viable exercising platform is necessary for managing stress and other factors that trigger it. These are the relaxation norms that provide optimal conditions for the body in dealing with stress.
The first and a cardinal relaxation technique refer to exercising. Physical exercise is considered the main point that reduces the rate of coronary heart diseases. Indeed, a person who engages in physical fitness had 62% lower chances of heart diseases (327). Besides, stress increases muscular expansion and contraction thus rejuvenating blood flow in the body system. Overly, physical fitness reduces chances of contracting diseases while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Physical fitness can take various forms, and include; jogging, walking, and lifting weights, among other means.
Other than physical exercise interventions, undertaking reparative prayer can help in the spiritual and emotional nourishment to an individual (291). Seeking the power of God with good and relevant Biblical verses is ideal in stemming outrageous thoughts. The mind needs to relax, and prayer is one such intervention that will stamp conviction to a person. For example, repetitive prayer gives comfort and courage for a person to overcome any social challenge in life. Therefore, stress is bound to reduce when one seeks repetitive prayer.
Despite the need to have psychological interventions in an individual’s life, fitness remains a critical relaxation and stress reduction method. Thus, I would propose physical exercise methods to undertake proper relaxation avenue. I have factual evidence that stress is best managed by intervening physical exercise. For example, at some point in life I do experience a mild headache, but upon exercising, I often feel better. Besides, in most cases that I get stressed, either at college or home; I have resorted to exercising as a reliable means for immediate relaxation. Besides, physical fitness means are everywhere, and regardless of where one stays, he or she can access any facility.
