With time, it has become essential for accelerating the technological integration into the workplace for enabling workers to exploit technology in a manner that gives them increased efficiency and more flexibility. Millennials at workplace are skilled at leveraging the latest technological advances. Inclusion of technological advances is a necessity for Millennials, as they expect access to the most appropriate tools for execution and collaboration at any time. Several major corporations are actively seeking the latest technological advances and ensuring their employees have access to learn them and feel competitive and satisfied (PWC 3).

They seek rewards, which will provide them the benefit in future or at least enhance their career. Millennials give added value to appreciation and need continuous recognition—even for tasks they are part of their routine job. For Millennials, finding purpose and meaning and enjoying their work is more essential. Many businesses have been forced to shift their focus on the ways they reward value and quality of work and the requirements of every individual. Another aspect of Millennials is that despite the presence of digital technologies, even they prefer having serious discussions such as their career path face-to-face (PWC N.pag).
Accelerate Mobility. Millennials are also attracted to working overseas and consider it part of their desired career track, much more than previous generations. In addition, they are much more globally aware and live in a knowledge oriented world. Several Millennials feel unconvinced on the nation that excessive demands of work are worth sacrificing their personal life. If they are forced to work for long hours, it is possible that they will find places which meet their work-life balance requirements. In addition, organizations that give the Millennials an opportunity to set their work times eventually get positive results. Many organizations are willing to empower their employees and tweak their policies to ensure Millennials feel comfortable and are given the chance of working their way (Thean N.pag).
Article 3

The company is empowering its employees to take time off work and focus on themselves. Several employees have taken time off to ensure they get to enjoy work and get enough time off work to maintain a suitable work-life balance. In one way, Facebook has taken matters into their own hands by asking employees to set their own goals outside of the office and helps them to satisfy those goals (Brekke N.pag).

Another business that has done an exception job in engaging with millennial employees is Twitter. Much like Facebook, they have been actively involved in social causes such as LGBT rights, opposing Paris attacks and showing support for victims, etc. In addition, Twitter is one of the staunch supporters of work-life balance and global mobility of their workforce. Twitter is also one of the social media giants with heavy reliance of technological awareness and feedback of their employees to make their service better and efficient for the users.
