This will also enable the future patients to manage their healing processes so as to deal with the issues of heart rate and blood pressure in the patients. The patients will also be able to understand how to improve their mood and confidence without struggles.
In conclusion, Yoga is a mind-body therapy which is effective in healing the patients. It plays an important role in improving the mood and confidence of the patients. The aspects relating to heart rate and blood pressure, as well as relaxation, are taken into consideration.
