We all heard a lot of different thoughts about human and his destiny. It’s very difficult not to get lost among the millions glittering thoughts just as a small cloud disappears among the high cold stars. People live on the Earth thousands of years; however, has a man always been a human being? Moreover, what is the purpose of the staying of the mankind on our planet?
Life of every person can be divided into two periods. The first period comes to an end at that moment of time, when a human start to seriously think about the purpose of his life. The second phase begins after this key existential change in consciousness and world view. The awareness of the fact that you are mortal (of course, everyone knows this, but to know and to ponder - these are very different things) rarely pleases the human mind. People don’t want to languish in dejection and therefore they come up with a lot of interesting things. For example, they start looking for the goal of their lives and then they try to implement it.
It’s difficult to say what the purpose of human life is (if this goal exists at all!). Destination of human beings is very delicate individual thing. Constant interrelation between a person and society is creating individual goals. Someone wants to become successful, someone - happy, someone wants to become an astronaut, while others - to heal people. This list can be continued infinitely, but we are unlikely to give a concrete answer to the question about what the purpose of life is. However, it’s possible to say that the human life goal is the realization of some dreams, aspirations and desires.
How did humans come into being? Numerous religious directions are ready to give the answers to the questions that always fascinated people. Belief in Bible or in Darwin - is a personal matter; but is the average person able to answer to such a fundamental question? After all, the science is only a theory and religion is only a fantasy. After the time, when a creature, which resembled a man has started to think not only about how to light a fire and kill something for dinner, began a new epoch in the history of mankind. After realization of his existence human came into being!
So, human began to exist after he realized himself not just as an animal, but as the creator (as thinking about the purpose of life divides life into two parts). After all, people invented religion, philosophy, art, war, architecture, diplomacy etc. And the purpose of human life is a way to one end; it’s the implementation of the things that seems to be impossible!
