Introduction
Narcissism helps in self-assessment and providing the supportive attributes that are connected to personal characters. The issues that are considered in the narcissism have role in the identification of personal objectives regarding self-awareness. It is essential for self-understanding as one can clearly track the channel and the attributes that help in attaining goals in the future (Frumkin, Hess, & McMichael, 2008). Understanding of the issues that surround in the public health contributes to attaining of the leadership skill that connects them to the societal wellbeing. As a leader, there are certain areas they are supposed be perfect in healthy coordination.
The insight gained from narcissism assessment
The results from narcissism assessment have pointed on the qualities that are directed to performance and self-determination (Townsend, MacBeath, & Barwani, 2011). As a public health leader, the subject of the community and the social factors are essential to understanding. The interactions of public health leader with the community members are given more priority in the determination of the causes and prevention of some occurrences (Edelman, Mandle, & Kudzma, 2013). The results are directed to the leader to work as an example and being proactive while considering the society health issues.
Impacts of results to public health leader role
The impacts that are presented from the assessment have considered the wellbeing of society. The members of the community have different interests that are attended in different measure (Frumkin, Hess, & McMichael, 2008). As a public health leader, a major role is to ensure there is an equitable distribution of the health resources to the entire individual. The factors that are connected to the wellbeing of the society are given a priority to reduce the reoccurrence of the tragedy affecting the society (Hillier, 2006). This calls for being proactive in the sector of public health through the assessment and vaccination. It would contribute in reducing the infection and at long run; the cost of undertaking the health assessment would be reduced.
Public health study on the factors that are presented by the member of the community are essential in coming up with a lasting solution (Townsend, MacBeath, & Barwani, 2011). A leader in the public health has the mandate of ensuring the communities are in a safer situation through interaction and civic education (Edelman, Mandle, & Kudzma, 2013). The attribute is leading by example as it has been pointed through the narcissism assessment helps in being among the members of the community taking measure in the preventive strategy (MacBeath & Cheng, 2008). The connection of the environmental factors and health are essential and as leader has to address the issue. Through a protective measure, the community has to be guided to protect the surrounding, conserving the water sources and cleaning environment.
In conclusion, the leader in the public health takes the top position in firmly criticizing the factors that are affecting the community. The direction that should be taken is supposed to revolve along health safety of the community at large (Townsend, MacBeath, & Barwani, 2011). The connection of the present to the community and that public health leadership is the social wellbeing. Narcissism assessment introduces the public leader to ensure the safety of the community contributes to self-safety as a member. Therefore, minding the community issues helps to solve the problem that are also affecting him or her altogether.
