Introduction
The project is a school-industry interaction event for business students whose purpose is to create personal interaction between students and industry experts. It will help students integrate their theoretical learning with the real-world business experience. Other professions also make use of these activities for the same purpose. (Industry experts, 2013)

Project Performance for Schedule and Costs
All tasks are on schedule in terms of results except that of the invitation of business experts. One week of the allotted two weeks for getting acceptances have passed, but only 25% of the 50 persons have been contacted and only half of those have accepted. The project cost has been controlled well so far, with no unexpected additional expenses.
Corrective Actions for Project’s Performance
Greatest Risk to the Project
The greatest risk to the project would be not having enough business experts attending. What we don’t want to happen is too many students not having the chance to interact with experts.
