Management
Management
Founders are the principal initiators of companies and therefore have long-term goals for their companies. There stay I the company helps the company keep their vision clear and work towards it. However, with constant influence it reaches a point where new blood has to be injected in the organization in line with the dynamic changes.
Pros
Based on competitive advantage, long-term stay of the founder gives a rich human resource element in the company in line with human-based theory. A founder can also a clear vision for the company and implement strategies since he is the one who understands it clearly. This gives an upper hand over other players in a competitive market. A founder can market the company since he attaches a sense of ownership in it. He can do this with passion.
Cons
Based on competitive strategies, it is difficult to innovate since the status quo is maintained. Therefore, other market players can have an advantage. Differentiation might be difficult since the founder wants to stick with his original product narrowing the company market base. (Charles-Hill, 2012). Iam of the opinion that founders should stay in their organizations because they are the one who originally had the idea and the clear vision of the company. There is more advantage of founders staying long in their companies than the disadvantage. They will have an influence the people since they are emotionally attached to the company.

Systems thinking-Google ensures that all its products and services are dynamic and user-friendly. Work to meet all these characteristics in each of its products and services.
Personal mastery-Google employees undergo regular training to be updated about rising technologies ensures cutting edge mastery of the field.
Mental models-Google having challenged the attitude of being just a search engine and diversified in other products and attitudes. Shared vision-it works through its vision of making information accessible to people in the whole world, and their services portray that. Team learning-Google involves a lot of teamwork in their work therefore teams learn as they do. Google plays a very significant role in fostering within the organization, and that is evident in their progress in the company.
Whether there are unethical considerations when hiring external employees as opposed to internal
When companies hire from outside, it is necessary to follow your strategy of the organization. Most companies act unethically by the fact that they know the weaknesses and strengths of internal employees. This makes it difficult for internal employees to be recruited.
A company has to act reasonably and recruit an external employee especially when entering into new markets or locations.
My opinion is that foreign employees are better since they inject new blood into the organization as opposed to internal recruitment. However, internal recruitment should also be considered in some circumstances where the organization wants to chart long-term goals and strategies.
Difference between product and process innovation
Process innovation-Coming up with a novel way to do something different that haven’t been changed for many years. Product innovation is creating something new and introducing to the market. Product innovation needs executive leadership since you need to create a niche in the market. Having a good business model and marketing strategy will let you prevail.
Two topics I did not know about Strategic Management.
