Abstract
This paper explores a published article that reports about machination of the Volkswagen
Company. The Volkswagen admitted late last year that it fitted as many as 11 million diesel vehicles worldwide with software that could cheat emissions tests. The organization of the US Environmental Protection determined that these cars in 15-35 times are violating emission standards. The company under the leadership of Winterkorn falsified pollution tests by installing software to make vehicles appear cleaner than they were.
The bottom line is that Volkswagen's former CEO Martin Winterkorn has retired and he is attracted to criminal liability over the diesel emissions scandal. In addition, prosecutors are investigating Winterkorn for manipulating the market in Volkswagen shares. Moreover, shareholders suffered huge losses in the days after the scandal broke last September, as the stock plunged as much as 40%.

Recently I saw an article on CNNMoney (London) published June 20, 2016 about the diesel scandal over the Volkswagen company. Today it is difficult to sum up the damage inflicted on the environment. After I read this article I was thinking about is Martin Winterkorn involved in this case? And I can not say for sure, but since he was CEO for a long time, he had to know about this situation. Of course, we can not blame only one person in this fraud. Whatever it was probably to all leadership concealed the real situation to remain the leader in the global market. How would you have done if you were the CEO Volkswagen? It is a really difficult question.
Finally the high post is a great responsibility and as a result it is the damage that caused to both ecology and economy. This loss worldwide . At last Mr. Winterkorn threatened to 5 years deprivation of liberty or a fine of excessive size. Is it fair? I do not know, only the court can decide it. One thing I can say for sure: it is the nice cars with terrible damage for the nature. Are these cars are worth it? Of course, they are not.
We should think about future generations. The real injustice is to make the children to breathe dirty air because once we bought a branded car. Not only Martin Winterkorn will bear responsibility for the company's mistakes. And we will answer for the mistakes that we buy.
In my opinion if anyone knows about the threat of this magnitude, it means not only hide a violation of US law but it is also simply inhuman. What do you think is it easy to forgive and forget? Deceit of this magnitude, we will not soon forget and conservationists will not soon forgive it. I do not remember who said that money rules the world, but the Conclusion is one - if the money will continue to rule the world, soon there will not what to rule.
