Kelsey Mendez is a 41 year-old, heterosexual, Christian, white female with long history of sexual and physical abuse. Kelsey was born in Waltham, MA. She one of the two siblings born to a Lebanese Tom Jackson and a French Lillian Pierre. She has a brother. She got married in 2008 and now has field a divorce.
Kelsey has two kids from different fathers, a daughter- Alison Capriccio (b. 1992) and son Joshua (b.2007). She takes care of her daughter and granddaughter by babysitting the kid, buying them food and doing cleaning.
Kelsey has just lost her job, but gets help from the State. She pays only $250 per month instead of a full rent of $1,000 per month, as she was given a voucher in 1995. Kelsey receives SSI- $233 per month, SSDI $343.00 per month, $333 in SNAP and a Food Stamp. She should be getting about $ 25.00 per week as Child Support from her husband, but he does not pay. Kelsey and Joshua are covered by the State’s Health Insurance.
Kelsey refers to herself as a respectful kid and a good student, who had never been in trouble. Kelsey pointed as her strength devotion to her kids and intention to do anything for them. Her weakness is an inability to argue. She never argues with her daughter Alison even later fights her.
Family History and Current Relationships
Kelsey was raised in Waltham, MA and used to live in Dedham, MA for 10 years. Her father is a former firefighter retired in 2013 divorced her mother, who have worked for 37 years at public school in Norwood, MA and lives in Waltham. MA, when she was 3 year old. Her mother later was remarried to a Chinese man, who she also divorced when learned about her daughter sexual abuse and had got Child Protective Services involved.
At the age of 16 year-old Kelsey got pregnant from a 21-year-old one-night stand, Paul Medeiros, who refused to take his parental rights or to involve in their daughters life. Hi signed away his rights to Kelsey’s mother, who raised here granddaughter, Alison.
When 3-year-old Alison was in Daycare at Loving Children in Norwood, MA Kelsey met her future husband. After one year of dating, they got married on 11th of Julay 2008. She never learned about his drug addiction, before they got married. Now Kelsey field a divorce.
Her aunts Patricia Ramos and Sherly Cruz are always ready to help here and support her.
Education and Work experience
Kelsey attended Norwood High School, but quit and has not graduate. However, Kelsey got GED in 1996. She has attended the Blaine Beauty Academy in Norwood, MA and got a hair dresser license. Nevertheless, she does not work as a hair dresser.
Kelsey has been working from 2007 to 2016 as cook at Luke’s Dinner in Norwood, MA. The position was closed in January 2016. Kelsey is currently unemployed.

Abuse History
Here parents never punished either Kelsey or her brother, when they were young. Siblings were good and respectful kids. Kelsey was first sexually abused by her stepfather, who also physically abused her brother, at the age of 10 and was forbidden to tell anyone about this. Her stepfather made Kelsey and her brother kneel down on big hard books for hours . She never committed it to her mother, who learned about the problem from the Kelsey’s aunt, Jenna, after later was informed by her daughter, as Kelsey shared the problem with her cousin.
When Kelsey got married she learn about her husband’s drug addiction, who took drugs like Percocet and was always loaded, and had to suffer from physical abuse. Her husband beaten and hit her for the last years in front of kid. Her daughter had to call a police.
Medical History and Criminal History
Neither Kelsey nor her parents nor aunts have ever had any health problems. No Mental Illness records can be reported. She was also never arrested or brock the law. Her husband has been arrested for beating/heating her, after her daughter, Alison, called the police.
Drug and alcohol history
Kelsey at the age of 21 year old tried to smoke Marijuana. She sometimes drink wine, the las time she drank a glass was tow months ago at her aunts’ place. Her husband is addicted.
Environment
Kelsey lives in a two-bedroom apartment with no safety hazards. Still as her husband lives nearby, she is afraid and wants to move out of this area.
As a kid she was involved with the Child Protective Service reported by her mother due to the sexual abuse.
Her son Joshua has been in the therapy from the State for the last 5 month. He was observing home violence for many years and needed professional help. The school Counselor is Beverly Perz.
