The most important aspect of a public health administration is working for the community and its ‘health requirements’. It means that besides looking after the proper work of the health care institutions (it can be also called ‘indirect treatment’), public health administration takes a direct role in healing patients. Some public health administrators do some special work, for example, as diet instructors. In healthcare institutions where there is no special doctor (nutritionist), public health care administrators consult people on healthy diet or healthy lifestyle. Besides, in case of really widespread and dangerous illness, it is the public health administrators, who are obliged to start quarantine. Additionally, during this period public health administrators help doctors by taking some of their duties. In these terms, public health administrators need to be well educated. It means they have to devote their lives to studying as much as doctors do and having as much responsibility.
When talking about public health administration, the key defining word is probably the first one - ‘public’. Public health administrators are always in the center of all important ‘health’ events of their community; they keep contact with people all over their community, with different organizations and upper staying organizations; public health instructors arrange local meetings and inform their community about new health care projects, striking threats (widespread infection, for example) or just consulting on some debatable issues. Besides, public health administrators are the link between healthcare personnel and infrastructure or government, thus they sometimes enter some special organizations in order to make their work more effective. This part of public health administrator is one as the hardest as his main aim is to communicate and it means he has to contribute a lot of afford to getting acquainted and keeping good relations. Community is big and its demands are almost impossible to control only during a working day so public health administrators should devote themselves to helping people.

The first thing when talking about pursuing the career in the sphere of public health administration, the most important feature to mention is a high importance of this job. Public health administrators have all the cards of healthcare institutions to control the situation and make it work in the right way. It is compared to doctor’s profession; the only one difference is that a doctor is responsible for the life of his own patient, while public health administrators take care of the whole community. This is the main feature, responsibility turning out to be prestige.
Public health administration is an important way to become a leading administrator or some healthcare organizations’ director. Public health administrators are healers and organizers, as their work requires it. Thus, public health administrators always have a possibility to get a promotion and become somewhat of a leader of healthcare institutions. According to Haddock and McLean, there is “list of professional associations that can provide career insight and assistance” (Haddock, McLean 18). As nowadays people are free to work in commissions or comities, public health administrations has its connections with different other groups, some of them are extremely hard to contact. However, public health administrators can always find a job; many public health administrators continue their career as college teachers. Anyway, public health administration is a career with a perspective.
The most important thing public health administrators do is helping people. Public health administrators devote themselves to their job in order to protect their community from disease. This career is as important and prestigious as a doctor is. Public health administration is totally a morally clean institution; people, who pursue this career, are always the higher members of society. There work is for everyone’s sake and this makes a career of public health administrator really valued.

Twenty first century is a very stressful time. Nowadays people are under high pressure of all the requirements of modern life. That brings a lot of new disease and makes the old ones more dangerous. When talking about health, mental illnesses are more widespread nowadays than any others; and it definitely reflects on public health administrators’ work. They have to help their community overcome such problems as stress or depression by organizing meetings, improving new projects. In terms of the recent years, society can save the lives of many people. All that is required is time and money. Sometimes time can even be enough. Public health administrators are the ones to organize and be responsible for such a prophylaxis.
Nowadays it seems to be obvious that modern life is impossible without modern technologies. Important changes occur in medicine all the time. All the time, some new kind of equipment to diagnose and treat patients with appears. Technology provides great assistance in advancing medicine. However, new technologies are sometimes hard to master; some of them are extremely rare and repairing it or even at least improper usage can lead to trouble. Public health administration has a new duty after such a spread of modern technology; they have to pay more attention to this new equipment in order to be ready to correct the situation or coordinate the adequate actions connected to its usage.
Modern lifestyle makes people more vulnerable to a lot of disease. According to the statistics, for example, “in 2014 it resulted in about 1.2 million deaths and about 36.9 million people were living with HIV” (How AIDS changed everything). Moreover, AIDS is not the only example. Human immunity system suffers from a lot of outer and inner stimulus. That is why public health administrators need to monitor the situation and statistics in their community in order to find out even the smallest signs of disease. On the first stages these diseases are possible to treat; additionally, public health administrator can save other people by implementing quarantine.
