PURSUING MSC BUSINESS WITH ENTREPRENEURSHIP 2
Many people want to travel and get an idea of what it is like to participate in the international markets. They want a chance to experience working with the supply chains and networks, as well as the political aspects of it. I am one of those many people and those are some of the reasons why I want to study this course. It will help me further my career and knowledge about ethical governance in this sector. It will also give me insight on the social responsibilities of the corporations. I will have a chance to do what I have always wanted and that is to cross train in career paths. That is because this course will also give me the ability to focus on social media when it deals with technology and networking.
What makes me believe that I am right for this course is because I am a people person. I get along great with so many and am willing to help others learn and understand the basics. The knowledge and skills gained from this course will help me to further assist many others who may have difficulty with international business dealings and sectors. I believe that what I learn in this course as well as what I bring to it from prior experience I can take with me and that is valuable. There are potential solutions to business problems and I am a problem solver, who uses wit and tactical yet strategic maneuvers to help resolve issues.
There are things I have done outside of the classroom which gives me confidence and skills. I completed a business management course and assisted international students in English. Some of my time was geared towards group work which involved using current skills and knowledge to aide them as much as possible with current studies and questions they may have. This is very relevant to my course as I plan to apply what I have already accomplished towards my future goals. One of which is to one day step into the management role and dealing with problem solving situations and creating or establishing my own international business.
PURSUING MSC BUSINESS WITH ENTREPRENEURSHIP 3
Pursuing this course is relevant to my chosen career as I will be dealing with consulting firms in regards to either off-shoring. I will also have to inform them of their rights in regards to protection of their properties whether it is local or international. Pursing this course will assist me in achieving a higher learning and comprehension of what is necessary to do in order to be a better consultant. I am ambitious and have a passion for entrepreneurship studies. Pursing this course will only further my degree and I plan to take that knowledge with me where ever I go. It will also give me the discipline and ability to approach any areas of in depth planning and designs of business management. Managing projects will become an easy task.
There are some skills that I can demonstrate that will come in handy in this course. The first one is using problem solving and listening. One must first understand what is going on in a firm and have the knowledge of how to resolve the problems in the business sector or markets. Another skill is to observe business rivals and analyze markets in order to help make the best decisions for resolutions. Also learn about the international cultures in order to conduct proper research. All of these skills are most relevant to this course as they have been and will be used in simulations in the class and real life cases once I attain my degree.
Critical thinking is not just about the thought process but also about strategy. What strategies will work and what won’t in the management of a business. How will it affect the employees and the business itself are questions that I would ask myself. I would also sketch out the possible outcomes and select the best one. This is depending on whether or not it results in short term or long term goals that have to be met. Once I take this course and attain the level of degree desired one of the long term plan is to open a consulting agency. It will be geared towards advising the many firms of the valuable resources available to help them improve overall.
