Question 2: Three pieces of Information that gives a picture of what families believe
The group believes in giving the poor affordable access to healthcare. The website is filled with messages regarding the new President’s effort to repeal and replace Obama Care. It denounces such action not for political stance but for the impacts it will have on the lower and middle income American.
Fighting for the rights of the underprivileged healthcare consumers: There are some articles that are condemning the new administration’s effort to lower healthcare expenditures but at the same time lower the tax rate for the corporations. It interprets this as removing from the poor and giving to the rich.
Ensuring that the American population gain access to quality healthcare. The organization believes that Americans need to be covered and the cover needs to be of high-quality. This is enshrined in the organization’s mission statement
Question 3: Describe a specific policy action that the group desires
The group applauds the Obama care as a tool that has allowed many families to get medical cover. It therefore desires that the new administration will maintain that commitment amidst the desire to repeal and replace. The organization desire that the plights of the healthcare consumer be considered first as the government makes effort to repeal and replace the current plan.

The legislation is The Affordable Care Act that has two pieces of legislation namely:
the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148) and
the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152)
The two are commonly referred to as the Obama Care Act
