We received a letter from your company; we are sincerely sorry for any inconveniences caused as a result of poor quality products and late delivery of the same. As a company with a positive ethical stance and respect to all our shareholders particularly those clients that have made us who we are today, we always work to give the best of quality service and ensure that high quality products are availed to our customers and clients on time.
I plausibly understand your grievances and dissatisfactions as a result of the late delivery of the booklets you had ordered and low quality production of the same. In respects to the complaints, we will look into the issue with great insights in an effort to improving the same. I would like to inform you that I was not aware of this before I received the letter, but since you have raised an alarm, I will personally follow up the issue and ensure that your quality expectations are met and that similar issues in the future will not happen.
Being a company that works to maintain customer loyalty and deliver the best of quality service and products as well, we kindly request you to deliver the poor quality booklets to our company so that it can be easier for us to look into the issues as we work to solve the problem within the shortest time possible. Considering that the booklets are utterly important to you as it is to us technically, we promise to make corrections to all the mistakes and deliver the booklets within the time frame given once we ascertain the root cause and solve it.
