Human tendency is to display all kinds of emotions and Anger is one of the powerful healthy emotions that need to be displayed carefully as the results can have a temporary or a permanent negative impact on the other person and spoil the relationship. A person may get angry if he or she feels that they are ill-treated or if they are not attended to. People prone to getting angry quickly find it difficult to express their anger or negative feelings clearly and constructively without losing your temper. When a person is angry it can be clearly detected on the face and body language.
An individual can express anger without losing temper in a few situations, for example, if you are the best employee in an organization who can be counted upon in dire situations in the organization; however because of some personal reasons you lost concentration on your work and did not complete the assigned critical task on time that resulted in losing a client. The management may be angry on your behavior without losing the temper but you would still get an opportunity to prove yourself because of the proved credibility in your tenure in the organization. If an individual cannot express anger in a nonviolent or constructive way it may lead to health issues related to emotions and feelings, physical and mental health.
People must use the sensible and insensible practices to deal with anger. When angry the goal must be to suppress the anger and transform it into positive behavior. Suppressing the anger without losing temper will cause internal problems to self and expressing it reduces the emotional feelings. Some tips that can help to reduce anger are relaxation, meditation, counting till 10, changing the way we think, listening to what the other person has to say rather than jumping to decisions, and changing the environment. If any subject is making a person angry than as a freedom of speech he or she can request to change the topic so that anger is not triggered.
