The operational plan for the personnel of the hotel is managing the numbers of the workers and their wages, and improving their training. The hotel will hire individuals that meet the criteria that are implemented. The hotel will implement the highest criteria to ensure that individuals who were hired by the company have the capacity to achieve the main objective of the company. In order for the workers to efficiently and attain the objectives, the company will offer complicated care for the employers such as discounts for flight tickets and holidays and offering high salary for the personnel. As for the training, the newly hired employees will be given 6 months probationary to allow the management to use this opportunity to choose the employees that deemed fitted to demands of the company. Those successful workers who have passed the probationary will be given contracts that are good for three years. These contracts between the company and the workers will be subjected to negotiation (GRNET 11).
Advertisement Action Plan
The advertisement plan for the hotel is by improving the online presence and introduces the mobile advertising of the company. Mobile advertising where in clients could search the company and could make a reservation in the hotel in just click away, all they need is internet connection. The significance of the strategy plan for mobile advertising is that it helps the business the consumers growing trend. Furthermore, majority of the people are now using tablets and their phones to do their everyday task. The expected budget for implementing mobile advertisement is around $8.4 million. The mobile advertising continuously growing as a result of development of technology never stops and that will completely transform the conventional and traditional types of marketing (Car 1).
Refurbishment, Facilities, and Services
The hotel will improve their services by expanding the company’s exposure through the internet and introducing new products and services to the clients in all location in order for the company to sustain higher than average profits and higher than the average rate of occupancy. In addition, the company will improved the quality service through qualified and well trained employees, including the needs of the clients were met. The improvement of the facilities will attract more clients to make reservations in the company, thus increasing the profit of the hotel business (GRNET, 5).
Debt and Reimbursement
The company will manage the debts and acquire reimbursement in which it can be a motivating factor in order for the operator of the hotel to expense asset related expenditure. The minor repair, management of arrangement of contracts on which it provides the hotel operator with incentives to expense asset related expenditures, and the cost for maintenance are considered as an operating cost in which the owner must reimburse to the hotel operator (Turner 11).
