According to Rockquemore, K.A. (2002), offspring of an African-American mother and a Caucasian father should be counted as African-American because it is an offspring of both races and that past theories on biracial classifications are fading as scientific ones are introduced into society. People no longer look down upon an offspring of a mixed race as to belong to a minority race so as to get opportunities meant for the minors.
The trend of biracial alignment results from an offspring group consisting of a combination of two different parent races by which they should be recognized. This will make them known as an independent race and respectable with norms and values that guide them, and with this rights they will be able to enjoy privileges and benefits that other minor races enjoy.
I think biracial people qualify for Affirmative Action initiatives. This is because they are from different races and colors.
Tuckman's four-stage model.
These stages form when team members who are highly dependent on a leader for guidance and direction storm for decisions within a group. Since they are governed by many norms, agreements and consensus are formed by teams. The teams respond well to facilitation of a leader and performance. The members of the public are aware of the impacts associated with the decisions they make.
Human beings are in a performing stage. In the modern world scenario, most people are aware of their duties. They can execute them diligently in the absence of their leaders. They have a set goal which is common and which must be reached. Most of these decisions are made in contrast to the leader’s decisions and they are very much focused in achieving them.
