Introduction
Vince foster, was a white house deputy counsel, met his death only a few months after Bill Clinton resumed office as the president of the united sates. He was rated among the best private lawyer in the united state. He maintained a strong stand politically that eventually spiraled into his depression and lastly his death. (Davidson, 1996 p. 24)
During several law suit occurrences foster and Hillary developed a strong connection which leads to people starting speculating of their being an ongoing affair between the two. On July 20, 1993 he was reported to have commit suicide leaving concern parties with more questions than answers since he had previously declared his interest to resign from his position and even went ahead to outline the dangers of meddling with Whitehouse affair using a phrase stating that “whitewater is a can of warms that you should Not open” (Tomlinson, 2005 p.13)
The follow of events have indicated that Bill Clinton’s office had either a direct or indirect hand in his death because Whitehouse is one of the most secured places manned with surveillance cameras and they were not able to provide any solid footage of him getting out the premises. (Davidson, 1996 p. 9)
Dick Tuck is person that played a major role in the American political arena. He was consulted on political matters, wrote article touching on current issues that took place in the political background. Dick was actively involved in the planning of campaign strategies and even became a political candidate at several instances. At the times of Democratic Party conventions, he served as famous editor of informal newspaper and reliable sources. (Kellett, 1995 p.33)
All this contribution made him so effective politically since he was well informed on the entire current issue in the countries politics. His effectiveness was articulated by his contributions as a consultant, campaign strategist and auditor therefore his message could reach the public more easily and at the same time gets direct feedback from the people.
