Therefore, the major business goals have shifted from the exclusively profit earning to the combination this process with benefiting environment, society and employees. Comparing the key business processes of the previous decade with contemporary age, we can conclude that in the past all the company’s resources aimed at gain increasing. The strategies planning excluded the interests of certain stakeholders frequently. At present, big successful corporations answer the questions of the results that its operation provides except the profit. They involve in different projects referring to nature rescuing, philanthropy, generation development, employee motivation and investments attraction. The implementation of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) conception allows companies to provide its business more open and fair, attract investors attention and credence. The importance of CSR embracing dictated by modern business conditions. It is significant for growing companies to adopt several CSR instruments to its development strategies. An investigation of successful implementing examples affords opportunities to discover the advantageous CSR instruments and its impact on business growing. The research within this area provides the awareness of CSR conception, its advantages and disadvantages, and key methods of the implementation. In case if company seek to responsible and effective activities, it is important to be involved in modern business trends and follow the best practices of leading companies. Amazon, Google, and Microsoft corporations are leaders within its industries. Discovering of these companies strategies provides students with significant practical experience and opportunities for the own business development.
Research Objectives
In order to obtain the comprehension of contemporary business processes and provide the effective research with valid results, it is significant to define general and specific research objectives. The first general objective refers to the assessment of successful companies experience such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft within corporate social responsibility implementing in order to identify the opportunities for growing companies. The second general objective concerns identifying the key advantages of CRS conception. The specific objectives can be defined as:
1. To describe the definition of CRS and its components.
2. To describe the process of CRS implementing.
3. To explore the experience of maintaining CRS implementing following Amazon, Google and Microsoft examples.
4. To evaluate the influence of CRS conception on companies’ corporate look, customers and employees’ loyalty, and financial and social effects.
Literature Review
In order to advance in knowledge within CSR strategy and its advantages we have examined academic articles, business articles and books on CSR definition, components of CRS, practices of CRS implementing, and Google, Amazon and Microsoft results on successful CSR providing. Table 1 demonstrates the results of the literature review.
The issue of the opportunities of CRS implementing for growing companies’ development is an open question up to now. Thus, it is significant to research into this area and develop practical conclusions and recommendations through the implementation of corporate social responsibility within growing companies among variety industries. Demonstration of CRS implementing advantages by means of profit and benefits analysis, and using customer surveys.
Research Methods
Among the available research methods such as data analyzing, sampling, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and action research, as for me, the most appropriate in relation to the CRS implementing following Amazon, Google and Microsoft issue are data analyzing, questionnaires and interviews. Leading companies as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft submit annual reports that can be used as data analyzing materials through the usage of data analyzing tool as the FreeDrive, for instance. After summarizing and analyzing the data of companies’ revenue and expenses for CRS providing such as employee, philanthropy or environmental protection expenses questionnaire or quantitative research maintains the ability to compare annual performances and conclude about the CSR impact on companies’ development or worsening. Interview method can help with formulation the survey for the potential customers of these companies in order to demonstrate how customer’s attitude for companies’ goods is changed when customer aware of the implementation of CRS strategy by companies under consideration. In order to investigate the employees’ attitude to CRS implementation, it is possible to use interview method and formulate the survey for Amazon, Google or Microsoft workers. They can be found through social networks.
