Introduction
Affordable Care Insurance is one of the recent reforms in the insurance and health care sectors in the United States of America. The issue of health care insurance is a complex and challenging tasks for the government and health policy makers in the United States of America (Gruber&Newquist, 2011). As a result of the risks associated with health care and the uncertainties of life, it is only prudent for individuals or American citizens to have affordable care insurance.This because the reforms will address treatment of chronic diseases, issues of primary care workforce, and changes in health care delivery. This calls for the introduction of health care insurance in order to introduce changes in the infrastructure of health care system which are essential in the delivery of health care (Richardson & Rivera, 2013).
The affordable care insurance plans were established for the improvement of health care services and address delivery of health care to American citizens. This paper will implore leaders and policy makers to think critically about revamping health insurance in the United States. It advocates for the implementation of the correct or good sections or repair of the convoluted mess and the complexity of the insurance as well as the billing system.It in addition it will establishes a monitoring mechanism to the implementation of the newly enacted Affordable Care Act as well as the hindrances of its full implementation. It will also define what an affordable is? More so the roles of the government and policies and procedures meant to ensure there is affordable care (Zamosky, 2013).
Literature Review
This research intends to use journals, articles and previous scholarly sources for literature review. The key debate will be to address the question of implementation of Affordable Care plans in the United States of America(Gruber & Newquist, 2011). Also, it is essential to establish how public programs such as Indian Health Service and Medicaid works, more so the establishment of the medical care homes. Another debate will be on current affordable care plans and blueprint and if they should be filed with the law enforcement agency and local authority health care department (Zamosky, 2013).
Conceptual Framework
The research will involve the use of the theoretical, conceptual framework for analysis. Through this analysis, since the government is interested with the health of its citizen and inhabitants, there will be a revelation to the government on the appropriate strategy to be used in implementing affordable health care plans. More so, through the theoretical, conceptual framework while addressing healthcare delivery, the citizens as well as other stakeholders to comply with the Affordable healthcare insurance plans (Zamosky, 2013).
