Some of the key updates that they were able to integrate in their cloud platform services are social media integration especially to their Marketing Cloud app. They started this with the integration of Buddy Media and Radian 6. In addition to this, they were also able to integrate social advertising capabilities to their Social.com app and a provision for email campaign management. Recently, they acquired ExactTarget that increased their capability to manage marketing automation.
