Although this topic has been in the limelight for long, it is shrouded by ambiguities. It is imperative therefore that empirical enquiry be mad more often to the effects of castration on adolescents compared to mature individually. This study will quantitatively and qualitatively explore implications of holding juveniles through the mainstream legal system. I argue that the legal system should differentiate juvenile trial from the mainstream legal system.
This research is relevant for parents, policy makers, educators and parents. This paper will explore physiological, emotional and physical implication of juvenile persecution in both mainstream courts and special/juvenile court. “Juveniles' competence to stand trial” by Muriel, Henderson, Vincent, Rocket, & Munds (2015) and “Justice Policy reform for high-risk juveniles: Using science to achieve large-scale crime reduction” by Skeem, Scott, & Mulvey, (2014).
Should taxes on people making over $250,000 a year be changed?
The unedited states of America has move away from fighting perverting poverty for but the country still have problems with income distribution. Just like other developing countries, a small portion of Americans hold the country’s wheat. Taxations should therefore be focused to solve such uneven wealth distribution by taxing people with higher income more. This paper is relevant to the policy makers and other researchers. Pritchett (2014) journal how poverty is handled in 21st century had done much for topic by demystifying economic imbalances that emanate from inadequate taxation policies. The journal “Congress Makes Tax Policy” by Hertel-Fernandez, & Skocpol (2016) will also be relevant for this research.
Should Transportation Security (TSA) regulations be changed?
Transportation one of the fast advancing industries curtsey of technology social economic changes. The rise kef insecurity has done much for the transportation industry by accelerating safety cachet technologies and booking procedure but has done little for policies. Policies should be changed to much the emerging efficiency and security needs. As Wong& Brooks. (2015) notes, classic security procedures no longer save technologically advanced terminal. This paper will recant for travelers, students and policy makers. Safety and Security Challenges by Gordon& Young (2015) will also be relevant for this research.
