Mark. At first it might look like Atomic Products (AP) price is less than one that Nuclear Vessels (NV) offer ($1,232,000 against $1,560,001). However, we should take a closer look to estimated shop rate, shop overhead and material cost. AP's estimated shop rate is much higher than NV's ($24/hour against $16/hour). It means that if AP's production will be continuing for too long, it will eventually cost more than NV's. Same thing with the shop overhead (180% against 160%) and material cost (+10% than NV.). AP gets 4 because of the price being justified by better equipment, NV gets 5.

Guarantee
The reason of choice. Business is always about taking some risks, but it's good when you don't have to. That's where the guarantees come in. Also, guarantee always was a good reason to bring the company to trial if something goes wrong with the product.
Mark. AP's taking responsibility for both workmanship and materials, what cannot be said about the NV. NV guarantees only workmanship. AP gets 5, NV gets 3.

Reputation of the supplier
The reason of choice. It's excellent when the company can get you the guarantees and produce a really good product. However, if the history of the company tells you about its instability in some categories, it should be considered twice to choose the correct supplier.
Mark. AP has no experience in building vessels of the needed proportions, but the company states about its ability to do it, and so its equipment does. But AP had suffered major strikes during the past years, and this makes the decision harder. On the other hand, NV has an experience of building similar vessels. AP gets 3, NV gets 5.

Organization of the process.
The reason of choice. It's also useless to have the most qualified workers and the newest equipment if the company is suffering from lack of smart managers. The HQ should make proper decisions in order to prevent losing money, reputation or anything else but to make it grow. Also, they should properly control the process of production.
Mark. NV navigates its men from their departments to watch after the project. In addition to that, NV provides the customer with full report consisted of forms and records. It's important to observe where the funds go. AP gets 3, NV gets 5.
