The deliberative theme describes me best because I often place a lot of care and precision to the decisions I make. I prefer my personal life staying private which makes me very conscious of what I tell people. I find myself to be business minded at most times, and I am keen to explore ideas at their fundamental level before initiating them. I have few close friends, but other individuals constantly appreciate my cheerful and optimistic nature.
I mostly use the realtor signature theme because I feel fulfilled when I apply teamwork in an agenda, and it turns out successful with the help of friends. I am very organized in person, so I tend first to brainstorm with my friends so that they also table out their ideas. This makes them feel comfortable and appreciated around me. I am also not afraid to admit my weaknesses and recognize my strengths.
What surprised me most in the report is the fact that the deliberative theme describes me best and well intertwines with the realtor theme which I apply mostly in my daily life. It is very true that I have few close friends, and I appreciate teamwork in close friendship. I realized this is what makes me a valuable person.
I anticipate to use the positivity theme most at Morgan and to advance my career. I want to have a contagious positive attitude towards work that will give my colleagues a drive to undertake tasks that seem hard. I want to avoid negative emotions by insulating myself from constant whiners. I am aware of the difficulties present so recognize them and help my friends understand why optimism is the best approach.
