Cardiovascular are caused by atheroma. It is a disease of the heart associated with the thickening or narrowing of arteries hence high blood pressure. It is paramount to examine often-physical activity and cardiovascular factors that are risky.
Evidence of regular exercise- often I consider this a great boost to healthy living. Notably, the essence of regular excise is to ensure physical fitness and guarantee a healthy living
Healthy eating- noted that healthy eating involves ensuring that I have taken a balanced diet and often take meals at the time it is required. Ideally, the need to avoid meals or drinks in between the main mealtime is recommended.

Aged below 40 – a reported case of cardiovascular incidences is risky. This implies that the rate of the risk is high.
A family history that has a cardiovascular case- my father has high blood pressure, certainty, it is in the family, and I am no exception.
Rated as high risk- based on individual data- I have 10% risk. Further, owing the family history there is the need for assessment need to be abolished as I am already at high risk.
The assessment above has a role in living a healthy lifestyle. Possibly, regular exercise aid in the weight control and improvement of psychosocial existence and lowering the pressure of the blood.

As per ACSM’s guidelines. It is essential to check CRP (Cardiovascular risk profile). The testing exercise discussed provides the prescription that needs to adhere. As my BMI indicate, 28.6 indicating that I am obese hence need to conduct regular physical exercise alongside watching my cardiovascular risk factor profile (Pescatello n.p. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure is at 131 and 70 respectively. This interprets to the need for keen observation of CRP.
Further, conducting more aerobic exercises assist in burning the excess calories that will ensure a flexible excise is conducted. ACSM guidelines concur with my schedule in doing physical exercise. The training session emphasizes on a vigorous exercise to provide better results.

Everyone has a keen concern for his or her health. Personally, I reacted on obtaining the result concerning my health. My cardiovascular risk profile and physical activity relate simultaneously by taking at least 60 push-ups and 50 sit-ups daily. The category I am indicates that I am at risk hence the need to take precaution and ensure I manage the glucose level that is at 85 mg/land cholesterol in my blood that is at 170 mg/dl. Ideally, I would opt to take the recommended steps to achieving the ideal healthy lifestyle.

Risk factor stratification of my health is modified. Various factors need to be considered for a better living condition. Firstly, the need for regular exercises, as indicated this will help in the control of any obesity case or a scenario of high blood pressure. Surgical intervention, this included CABG and PTCA that I have been overruled over the same. My stratification is at low risk hence the need of having GXT and medical exam before performing any exercise is not paramount. In this manner, vigorously exercise is ideal only that it must be monitored in case of any abnormality, as per the biometric data collected.
Further, the supervisions of MD supervisions during the submax are not entirely required. This is because the situation is under control. The issue established concerning cardiovascular risk factors was contained. Nonetheless, examination of the body response regarding pulse rate and physical activity reaction is observed to develop the report that evaluates my progress during the exercise.

According to ACSM's guidelines, it paramount to strategize on ways that will help in improve cardiovascular risk profile. Most notably, working on my physical activity, I intend to increase the time spent in doing physical activity. I often spend 3 hours but now I shall increase to 5 hours 4-5 days daily. Further, I intend to improve my diet. Further, I should ensure the physical activity creates energy and is between 50-60% of the highest exertion. This involves the fluids I take. By ensuring, that the diet I take is well balanced and healthy. Certainly, I will be reducing the chances of having high blood pressure. Notably, the state of psychological well-being plays an important role. Stress management involves having a stable and sober mind (Venters p.370). The functional capacity should be 5METs and an ejection fraction of not less than 40%. Relaxed and stress-free minds ensure the normal functioning of the body. In this case, the normal hemodynamics helps in countering any form of death due to cardiac arrest.
Conclusively, self-discipline is of the high essence. The need to ensure that one is healthy is advantageous as one can perform their duties without worries of their healthy deterioration.
