Richard,
As much as loyalty to a brand is important, you should always exploit other available sources. This will enable you to identify much better supermarkets as well as comparing the price variation for the same I assure you this will give you a broad range of options, and exposure to better supermarkets you were not conversant with. In this case, better quality for less is guaranteed and that is why new supermarkets always emerge and end up gaining customers at a very alarming rate, I believe these clients must have been to other supermarkets before and. Therefore, a comparison is a key to better service delivery as per our requirement as a consumer, try it.
Jorge,
I support your opinion, a relationship between a brand and the user has to be somehow fixed in someone’s life and conform to a lifestyle in connection with the brand. As much as you and Vivian seem to share a preference for a given product which is Apple, on the other hand, the consumer must also go for a product that suits his/her requirements for a better productivity and satisfaction.
Additionally, the brand should always conform to the user’s basic requirements for the strong relationships with the brands and, as a result, a high level of loyalty in connection with proper service in guaranteed. Understanding the fact that one can like a brand as a consumer is fundamental, just like Samantha has great loyalty for HP laptops which does not necessarily mean she likes all HP products makes me realize that one can always have different taste of products considering the area of application.
