According to McCartney, this service is intended for people who are going to use a particular airline for flight. The information that the service provides includes seat size, the availability of entertainment screens during the flight, the size of the windows and cabins, flight speed, availability and speed of Wi-Fi on board the aircraft. In general, Routehappy service provides all that is important for the passenger so that his flight is as comfortable as possible. This service is interesting because airlines are estimated by people who use air travel services and not by audit companies. As part of these marketing course, this service is a great tool for marketing research. Data collected by compiling reviews are arranged in ratings that can be monitored by potential travelers and airlines, in order to have an idea of passengers are satisfied with the services of a carrier or not. This model can be applied not only in the air travel, but also to any other. This algorithm has a fairly long period of time used in the field of catering: people leave reviews about the kitchen, beverages, level of service, in order for future guests of the restaurant or the motel, in advance, to know what they can expect. In my opinion, this article is directly related to what we are studying on the course because it primarily describes one of the marketing tools for gathering information. Tools like “Routehappy” have a decisive role in the drafting of a strategic plan for the development of any type of enterprise or promotion of a product or brand.
