1. Summary
The town called Quillicon is located at the northwest of Ontario, which currently operates the landfill. The landfill was constructed in 1958. In a report on Feb 27, 2010, Quillicom town engineer identified the existing landfill. We can divide our study into three components, include; examination of the area of geology, examination of physical properties, and evaluation of the financial and environment sustainability. The bedrock at quillicom and all the proposed landfill is about 15 to 30 meters. A layer is varying in thickness, approximately 10 to 20 meters. The whole area experienced repeated glaciations. The town of quillicom obtained water from the stringer aquifer. Other stringer is known to exist in the area.
The attributes of the proposed landfills are given below.
Subdivision 3S: This is the narrow site, 7.81 hectare strip of land, it is located immediately east of the adjacent to the existing landfill; it is the smallest site with the cost of $9000 USD.
Subdivision 6S: The largest of the three proposed sites 35.91 hectares. Lot 47 is the rectangular parcel of the land 14.6 km southwest on the high way. The combined purchase and the development will be $64, 000.
We considered three factors, Lot 23, is adjacent to the existing landfill; this offers the lowest price and the development cost $9000. Lot 23 and Lot 18 offers comparable operating cost. Lot 47 has the highest operating cost. Lot 23, is adjacent and the current landfill smallest site so it will have a life span of only 12 to 14 years. The possibility and contamination of the town of Quillicom’s water supply makes lot 18. The remaining two sites are environmentally sound will have different advantages.
Background
I was supposed to write a letter to Mr. Wendy Partidge. The research is needed to measure and analyze the landfill zone. Mr. Robert Delorme has ordered me to work for this project and Dr. Robert is the known specialist in our area. The engineers are ready to work with you with this project and you are forming the team for this project. You are asked to analyze well on this area called Lot 22, subdivision 3S.
The engineers ask me to discuss with the councilor before taking the independent decision. Before analyzing the place one should know about the complete details of that place so you are bringing the local people to analyze well bout this place. The boss of the team says that to have an eye on the Lot 18, subdivision. I have assigned jobs to my associates to take care of the results. The results are to be shown on the map. The driller is required to make the sufficient amount of drilling.
I was asked not to disturb the ground water of the town. The town is full of mining community. It is my duty to calculate the cost of the product. People are directing us to the open pit mine, which was located south of the city. It is 6.6 kilometers by road. I was ordered to obtain the third drilling. The independent consultant, who opened a business called as the pro active consultant. You are tasked to build the BAC plant. This is causing the BAC plant the successful plant. Suddenly the production cost of the plant has been increased. It is becoming careful to deal with such a situation in the field. The landfill region was carefully analyzed and the decision was taken by the team members in the meeting. The decision was depend on various factors.
Evaluation
The problem is not only been a technical. The current chief engineer at the BAC power house is curt Hanness; he is to retrieve in the third month and she also decided to promote the chief engineer. The team was directed to the place of north. The position is to be shown on a map. We are supplied to get two least quotation for the drilling. The assistant engineer has a suggestion that the open pit mine has been worked out. Mr. Knowles drives you to the beautiful location. It is describe the difficulty of the rowan finding the landfill site. It has been told that the drilling already been done. The driller was asked to report. It was much concerned in the groundwater. You are obtained permission to visit the land.
The survey area of the north Quillicom was found. It was used to find out the owner list. All the engineers are reported at the north of the Quillicom. The report was told to analyze the condition of both the place. The condition was perfectly analyzed to make the big understanding of this Quillicom. The analysis on the landfill site is being done at various levels of time.
The Quillicom town is surrounded by the wonderful environment. This town is served for the mining community. This town has good historic background. This type of landfill comes to operation on April 30th. The cost and operation on the both the sides are under constructions. There are three areas of examination. The first step is to analyze the environment in the different angle. The second step is to find the physical properties, and the third is to analyze the financial stability of the area. The area is composed on three steps. The three steps is used in different ways and in different angles.
The Quillicom is surrounded by the glaciations. This condition occurs in once in 20, 000 years. The type of survey conducted varies by the location and by the area of work. The condition always exists in the particular seasons. The Lot 23 and 47 offers an environment risk free. The ground water in this area is always being disturbed by the rain fall. It is always recommended to use the drilling program to find the resources of the soil in this particular place. The resources are limited in many ways.

The team of engineers has made a very good analysis on the town. It was finally decided to choose the area called purchase the Lot 23, subdivision 35 because this Lot contains full of ground water and it provides environment free culture. The landfill in this area will be the perfect match. It is being recommended to purchase Lot 23.
