The idea of having a collective government in place has curtailed a number of freedoms that people should have. The enactment of laws, the cropping up of government agencies and the proponents of regulation have brought about limitation to what individuals and bright minds can deliver to the world. Prosperity in the world is limited by the presence of governments that tend to stand in the way of innovation and the freedom to conquer more ground in science, the economy, socialism and even education. The presence of the government system has therefore hindered the prosperity of ideas, concepts and even actions of humans.
The government system has its downsides as well as advantages to the existence of humanity and other components of the earth. This is because life tends to revolve around the actions and ideas that the government approves. The ability of the government to control the activities of individuals has merits for a peaceful or rather a fair way of existence of the people. The advantages are that individuals can live and transact among themselves and have a body that looks after their activities. The existence of governments has brought about the existence of laws and the enactment of regulations that form agencies to fight for mostly equality to the people.
There are instances when the human nature can push individuals to need more than they can acquire in a fair way. Such individuals tend to devise ways that may become unfair to others where they can steal or kill others just to gain advantage. The presence of regulations brought forward by the government are able to guide the process of justice seeking and law and enables varied agencies of law to enforce justice. This makes the world a fair place for each individual where no one can take advantage of the other. This is an example of the good side of having a government. It is like a watchdog that ensures the rights of all parties are upheld.
The government also ensures that there is equality in which each individual, society or even organization operate in a fair environment. This applies to the business concept especially in competition. There are scenarios where the government puts limits on the mode of operation of certain industries where competition is the main point of focus. The government encourages competition in these fields because. This is so that the associated organizations or firms can find means to compete favorably to gain from their market efforts. Additionally, consumers can gain from the competition by getting value and the best prices. This way, the government works for the good of the people.
The government system is important since it oversees the creation of laws, regulations and works to determine their implementation. Laws are the agents that ensure there is equality in life. This is because they are brought forward to guide a large number of entities in life. The laws are meant to create an environment where equality is made real by the absence of abuse. The absence of law can bring about devastating situations where individuals will take advantage of each other and the weak in society will experience demeaning situations. This will lead to chaos where every individual will be fighting for himself or herself. This is the reason that having a central or neutral party can help to address situations that individual power cannot handle.
Imagine a situation where every individual has unlimited power. This will mean that an individual can trespass the rights of other people by doing whatever they want or even getting what they want. There will be no limit to how far one can own let us say a piece of land or even say a recreational premise. Whether the individual acquires it in a fair or an unfair way, the use of the facility will be determined by the individual. It means that the moment the individual does not want other people to visit the particular recreation area, then his or her right will be reinforced. This tends to limit other people, this is why the government has to own such pieces of places or overlook the pricing of access so as to ensure there is no unfair exploitation.
The government works for the good of a general public. The public interest is always at the forefront of the government existence. The methods that the government uses to determine these aspects depends on the laws and regulations brought by a few individuals. As much as the government works to ensure that the rights of its people are catered to, it prohibits most of the abilities of the individuals to prosperity. The tendency to provide equality tends to undermine individual ability and prosperity. The government in most essences works to control the activities and the ideas of the people. This way, individual power to conquer greater horizons in intelligence, education, the economy and the social life is limited.
Humans have the ability to achieve more, but the government tends to cage them through laws and regulations. The limitation is brought by the want of the government for people to follow regulations in everything they plan to do. The government works hard to enact laws and regulations in every sector of life, the laws tend to direct the actions and the limits in which certain actions and even ideas can reach. It means that whenever an individual exploits his or her abilities beyond the regulations limit, he or she tends to have gone against the law. To avoid this scenario, individuals have to always look at their limit and the fences created by law.
There are instances where individuals come up with elite ideas that can propel them to boundless prosperity. The government will discourage any ideas or actions that will seem to be exceptional or rather benefit an individual. The presence of the government system therefore gives a hindrance to self fulfilment. Individuals are able to create market systems that can benefit them to infinity this is beneficial to the individuals who in the end will use their energy and intellect to conquer markets and transact globally without limitations. The governments tend to consider itself a central point, this is the reason that it will put barriers to international transactions by either doing the actions for the people or limiting their certain freedoms or even the scope of transactions. This stage means that the government strives to stay in control because the prowess of one individual exceptionally in business can overcome the powers of the government, hence the limitation.
This highlights the point where the government also pushes individuals to be transparent with the source of their wealth or the type of business they undertake. The drug business is termed illegal because it tends to make individuals rich in a short while and that once the consumers are addicted, then they will support the actions or even the ideas that the supplier proposes. Drugs are harmful to health, but the consumers also have a sense of responsibility. It means that they can easily control their consumption so as to be reproductive in other sectors. The business part is what makes it hard for the government to the extent of making it illegal. Imagine a situation where consumption of drugs is made legal, dosages are recommended and people are given education on the best practices. The practice and the business will still boom, but the governments inhibit the free flow of the business because of the power that can come from the business.
Therefore the government system is an inhibitor to individual prowess in the economy, education and social lives. People should be given the freedom to choose what they want in life and necessary awareness given to the world to highlight the good limits of practices in business and even interaction of the people.
