Tumblr gives a great opportunity to develop your business blog through the main social network and maintain it easily in very user-friendly environment.
Firstly, you create your personal account simply clicking on the button “Sign Up”. After you mention your personal information you will be forwarded to the page, where you need to choose 5 preferred blog to subscribe in order to finally start to develop your own blog. Obviously, Tumblr gives an opportunity to create a relevant design of your blog to make it looks the way you position your business.
After this step is finished, it is necessary to understand what kind of blogs Tumblr supports. There are two main types of them: primary and secondary. Primary one you get right after you complete the registration procedure and it gives the full access to Tumblr opportunities, such as to like, follow, reply, submit the post etc. (Tumblr.com, 2015, n.p.). You are also welcome to create secondary blogs in addition to your main one, however, they have several limitations (see table below, Tumblr.com, 2015). On the other hand, secondary blogs can be protected with the specific password you create and gives an opportunity to create and manage posts to different users.
