Introduction
Mysticism is a way to bridge the distance between man and God. Every tradition includes some belief in mysticism. Some religions believe that the mysticism happens when the body dies but some religions believe that this exists while soul and body are living. Many people dismiss this belief but the more that you study mysticism you will see that the things that you thought were impossible have become possible.
The explanation of yoga and its roots in breathe and light is the basis of the movements. The mystic moves from a point of darkness to life in the movement of the body. God when he creates the body He breathes life into it and in the practice of yoga exemplifies the divine breathe of life controlled and shows that the people are God and that God lives in us. We all have the breathe of God in us and we must work to bring it out.
The resurrected body is not the goal. The goal is to live in the body and to refine the body to mirror the godlike qualities and use the body to empower yourself to a higher level. control is necessary for the higher levels closer to the mystical world of God .
Many current religions and their beliefs on the God who gives us life is revealed in this film. The Amish believe in Jesus Christ God's only Son but believed that He was the first born of every creature. . In the film the idea of coming to love oneself and in turn love God more.
Breathe
It was extremely interesting to view and understand the different ideas of the importance of the breathe that we take for granted. Breathing in and breathing out is a functionary part of life and normally does not receive much attention in our daily lives. But after viewing the film, the importance of breathe as bringing us closer to the divine is interesting and has changed my belief on breathing. Each time that you take a breath a person is using the ability that God alone gave to us. God told us in the Bible that He gave us breath. It should be treated as a gift. When a person no longer breathes, the opportunity to enjoy the life that God has given us on earth is no longer available.
Breathing exercises is important to yoga as a way of controlling your mind and body. Chant help to control your breathing and many religious practice some sort of chanting to offer one way to stimulate your identity. Chanting helps to expand your consciousness. The Catholics use the rosary as a method of chanting as repetitious prayers help to focus the mind and body on the Lord. Yoga has its chants that engage the user in their center and union with the divine. Many religions contain chants are part of their worship as the Jewish will chant verses from the Old Testament in which Moses was in the dessert and looking for the land of bread and honey or in other words a better place.
Conclusion
The film was extremely interesting and I learned several points about religions that I did not know before. The key to paradise is in the purity of the mind and body struck me as a way that I want to live my life and get better at attaining this state. The ultimate goal of life is to stay closer to God so that eternity is spent with God. This film gave many significant method to use to obtain this states such as through the recognition of the importance of breathe, yoga, purity and creation.
