The policy of Zappos allows this online store to compete in a global marketplace. It is thanks to the level of trust from coworkers and clients. Nowadays Zappos is on its way to join the Amazon Incorporation in order to extend the company`s influence in the global market.

It is rather important when considering comfort and delivery issues. Employees are allowed to speak about the corporate policy and principles of becoming successful in business in order to spread their policy worldwide for better economic development.
