Introduction-There are many benefits to a good breakfast.
Attention: This morning did you start your day off with a healthy breakfast in order to provide your body with fuel for the day? Your body will thank you if you did.
Establish the Need: A balanced breakfast will provide the nutrients needed for a busy day. Eating a proper breakfast helps your body perform better throughout the day.
Satisfy the Need:Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Satisfaction:
Breakfast provides you with the much needed energy and nutrients to carry you through the day.
Studies show that breakfast helps with weight loss.
Skipping breakfast forces you to make up the daily requirement for some vitamins and minerals that breakfast would have provided.
Visualize the Future:
Choose from two or three foods that are from each food groups for breakfast.
Fruits and vegetables-easy and made be eaten whole or in a drink
Grains- include whole grains in bread for toast,pancakes bars
Milk-any flavor or fat content is fine
Meats-Turkey Bacon is better than pork, bacon, try chicken and turkey in your omelettes.
It will ensure healthy growth.
Use a cycle to rotate the foods and make breakfast interesting. Breakfast smoothies are popular and helathy as you osterize, fresh fruits and vegetable swith milk or yogurt and allows for a quick but healthy addition to your morning routine.
Breakfast is a way to improve your day by positively affecting learning in young children and adults. . This is one way to help your body to help you. Your mind will be in a better and healthier state to take you through the challenges of education and problem solving that happens all day long.
It Nutrition is derived for the most part in the breakfast foods that you eat and is the missing link in improved academic performance. It is an easy way to achieve better grades, but sorry it will not replace studying and doing assignments though!!
Action: Pick 2-3 portable breakfast items from the store and keep them on hand.
Fruit, yogurt, breakfast bars that are whole grain, granola bars.
Add a glass of orange juice or milk to the morning coffee.
Get up about 10-15 minutes earlier. You won’t miss the sleep, but you will be adding the time to serve up a good breakfast.
On the weekends make use of the extra time to cook up an omlette. Put the vegeables and meat that you enjoy.
