Biological weapons are a huge concern across the world. The problems with the weapons are the destruction that can occur. Many of the countries have agreed to not use biological weapons or chemical weapons in war. The military had been prepared to intervene in the recent Syria attack of biological weapons. “The interventions they were going to use was to set up a no-fly zone” . Another option after establishing no-fly areas is to set up safe zones. This zone would allow the military to pin-point an attack on the enemies who are using the biological weapons. Many of the sickness, illness, and diseases that weapons of chemical and biological agents is hard to distinguish. It is hard to determine if the massive sickness that physicians are experiencing is from natural contamination or biological weapons. Doctors have a tough time determining the causes and diagnosis of these types of mass illness. Once an attack is suspected there is an urgent need for immediate investigations into the outbreak. The data gathered first is the number of people infected compared to other years’ data. This will tell if there is an increase in that type of illness. This will help pinpoint the source of the disease or illness.
The Israeli and Palestine conflict had been an issue for decades. After the war of Israeli and Arab, there was a great controversy between the two territories. After the war the Palestine’s was divided and the ownership of the land was in dispute. The Israelis who were from a Jewish accent had declared the land theirs because the Lords had promised it to them as a safe place to inhabit. The Arabian Palestine’s argued that they have ownership of the land because their ancestors had been there for centuries’ The Arab members view the conflict as a Palestine determination. The Israeli’s view the issue identity and safety. The countries have determined possible solutions to resolving the issues. “The two territories could agree on a two-state, one-state, or no state agreement” . The United States and other countries have disagreed with the conflict solutions that have come about between the two locations. There are several possible solutions to end the conflict but will result in negative outcomes with each suggestion. The no state solution has the most significance to a resolution of the issues. The solution is not permanent and does not solve all the issues but will have to work for now until something is figured out. ‘Palestine will continue to have hardships regarding the economy, politics, and society”. The United States will face great embarrassment and conflicts between other national political agendas if they keep helping Israel.
The United States had focused the foreign policies towards terrorists’ and battling terrorism. After the September 11, 2001, attack, the focus of foreign policy changed. President Bush wanted freedom in the Middle East and would help countries who believed in humanity and peace. The Islamic people serve a threat to the Arabian people. They are more hostile individuals who have formed terrorist groups. The battle of ownership and democracy has an influence on the threat to the Arabs. The Islamic people are not stable and have different beliefs than the Arabian group. The terrorism that has come from that part of the world has increased conflict and terror over the years. Islam is increasing their political strategies which will impact the Arab group in a negative way. They want to keep control and power, and will do what it takes to intimidate the Arabian people. Israel wants to include Egypt into the fight to balance out the diplomacy recognition.
The three prevailing theories of international relations are; cosmopolitanism, realism, and international society. The international society relates to the people of the nations. The society reflects on the economic, military, and individual preservation. Realism focuses on power and control of that territory. The nation must be secure, and ensure protection from other nations and terrorists. An example of realism relates to Arab Spring, and how it wanted to control and Syria lacks power and control. An example of international society is the English education system. The international society of the English schools has established a controversy of real world society and reality. One experience relating to cosmopolitanism is the boundaries of territory that cause issues. The issues affect social, economic and political changes that are not understood like globalization. The theories are not resolving the issue. If it was resolving the issue, there would not be any more problems. The conflict needs to be addressed and each leader for that territory needs to sit down and try and come up with a solution that will work for everyone. They could share the control and power without putting each other in jeopardy.
