One of the major emphasis that will help one to surpass these barriers is through tailoring the correspondence in a manner that they fit the mother country of the organization. This will allow easy integration and understanding between the two parties as they have different culture origin. Secondly, the organization should ensure to be highly accurate when presenting the proposal and thus calling for the need for a translator to eliminate language barrier. An assessment to determine the risk and opportunity of the overseas supplier would involve understanding whether the supplier is outsourcing goods or work from a subcontractor.
