Many countries have included ethics and values in their constitutions but their implementation id not fully done. Globalization has resulted to be beneficial in many countries, in the world. Although this has happened, the results are not distributed in the same manner to many people. There are one billion people in the world who are surviving on less than one dollar per day.

All the effect of globalization should be taken into consideration, and the negatives ones should be reduced if not solved. For the positive effects of globalization, the countries all over the world should make sure that they are distributed to all people of the nation but not to only a small number of people. By a good distribution, this brings the use of ethics, values and equity.

According to Kakabadse, the idea of sustainability can be of help us in order to live in a good balance with the environment. Also, he suggests that people are supposed to focus on being but not having. In these current times, there is no proper manner of sharing out wealth in the world, and this brings about only a few individual enjoying the national wealth, and the majority is left without the wealth.

The meaning of globalization should be changed, and a new meaning found. The reason is that globalization is also supposed to include an appropriate support for a healthy environment, change of culture and social equity. We should not have one meaning of globalization which only explains it in terms of market need, but should be wider to cover more economic and social parts.
