The general aspiration of Engineering, as a profession in general, is to improve the quality of life people experiences. My simple fascination with cars at a young age ignited my aspiration to one day build my own mark in society. I want to someday witness my ideologies become useful tools and methods for the betterment of society. My familiarity with the field of engineering came from my experience during my internship at Boeing. To be more specific, I want to venture in Aerospace engineering (or Structural) because I want to use my learning and to of course improve myself.
The internship program from Boeing exposed me with many structural and engineering concepts that aided me gage myself in relation to my desired profession. At the end of the program I could say that I am more familiar with the different methods of maintaining architectures and software systems. Because of my background, I am able to present myself with my previous jobs with strong expertise. I worked myself up to work for a web design company called P-A-D Web Designer. I also affiliated with other related companies wherein I was able to gain more practical knowledge and experiences.
Aside from working at P-A-D Web Designer, I already have an interest in cars even at a young age. My interest prompted me to read articles and news related to automobiles and other related technicalities so that my familiarity with continuosly increases. I would also like to mention that my experiences from my previous works aided me develop my analytical skills especially when handling projects.

Outside my sheer curiosity and interest for the engineering, I drew my inspiration from my previous life. You see, before flying into the United States, I had a difficult life. I came from Iran and my country before was under extreme political turmoil. I grew up in a poor family. I knew that if I want to get somewhere with my life, I had to risk living my home country. Of course, what I had to adjust to was the change in cultural atmosphere. It was filled with unfamiliar people and places. I am proud to say that I am able to integrate myself with the life here. I am currently attending Irvine Valley College. Because of my family’s situation back home, I had to work for me to support my education.
Prior to working at a Web design company, I worked in restaurants to get extra money. I had to work for 60 hours per week while attending school. I learned a great deal about hard work and perseverance. Even if my situation was difficult I managed to pull through and balance my studies and work. I gave more value to both time and money overall. I never let my situation be a hindrance towards the realization of my dreams.
As a child, I have always loved cars. I wanted one, but because of the financial constraint I have to make do with building lego cars and imagine them gracing the streets. But at the age of 19, because of my hard work I was able to purchase my own car. I saved every penny I could get from my part-time works. Owning the car opened the opportunity for me to meet six sponsors namely Injen, Eibach, K&N, Ark Technlogy, Pireli and BRTs. When I was in the process of familiarizing myself with these big companies, I was given the chance to mingle with talented technicians whom all specialized in luxurious cars.
I managed to work with the makers of the new Roush Mustang which was even hailed as the 6th Best Specialty Equipment Market Association car show. I am thankful to be part of the group that worked on the car for SEMA. My opportunities continued to flow when Hyundai even nominated to introduce my car to SEMA as one of their production for the year 2014. Although it did not happen, that fact that they considered me to do it is humbling and fulfilling. What I developed from all of these exposures, I hone my communication, leadership and business skills. These core skills define who I am today. I also visualized my own innovation and ideas that will soon pave my success in the profession. I am aware of the growing demand for innovation in today’s society. But I consider myself someone who is not afraid to take risk in terms of making decisions. I want to push things beyond their limits so that I can use their full potentialities.
