Our company is based in Abu Dhabi, and sources the workers from all the countries in the world. Our company gets orders from clients who require expert workers. Our company wants to recruit experts from all disciplines because it has diverse clients. Our company also offers accommodation to the expatriates when they arrive in Abu Dhabi. We are trying to capture the market for Western expatriates, by providing renting and leasing services. There are many Western expatriates that go to work in Abu Dhabi. These expatriates require accommodation facilities for the length of time they will be working in Abu Dhabi.
The following business plan explains the nature of our company and its activities. It also looks at the market so as to identify the competitors and companies that supplement our products. The information will enable our company to have a competitive edge over its competitors. The plan explains the way the business is structure and organisation of our company. Our products and services are also analyzed to determine the consumer benefits. The plan also looks at the marketing and sales strategies that our company needs so as to generate more revenue.
Company Description
Federal Technical Support Services is a company that is based in Abu Dhabi and deals with recruitment of expert workers from countries all over the world. Our company is operating in Abu Dhabi, and is doing very well, but it needs to recruit more expert workers because it wants to attract more clients. Our company has a diverse client base that requires expert workers from all the disciplines (Petrolio, 2014). We are also targeting the Western expatriates so as to provide them with accommodation when they arrive in Abu Dhabi. There are many Western expatriates that come into Abu Dhabi to work for a given period of time. Our company is targeting this market by offering renting and leasing services. Our clients require technical workers who can contribute towards their success. Therefore, our company has a high need to recruit high profile experts in various disciplines. We will be able to maintain the clients and attract new ones by connecting them with high profile expert workers. Our company will use agents in its efforts to recruit experts from various countries. Our company will also build a website that will enable clients to see the available workers and their areas of expertise. People in search of employment can also look into the website and apply for jobs that suit them. The company will then use its team of experts to determine the level of expertise of the job applicants. The applicants with high levels of expertise will be recruited. Our company has already established an office where it will be carrying out its activities.
Our company has clients who require various support services. In such cases, the clients will specify the number of workers they need to make them succeed in their businesses. We will in turn ensure that we provide the clients with the number of workers they need. Our company will, therefore, need to have an adequate number of workers at its disposal so as to meet the requirements of the clients. That is one of the main reasons why the company needs to hire experts who can recommend good workers.
Our company offers accommodation to the new recruits when they arrive in Abu Dhabi. Such employees attract many people, and leave the clients highly satisfied. Our company is able to maintain its clients because the clients are happy with the work that was done for them. Our company will be able to differentiate itself from the other companies, through the hiring of expert workers. We have planned to hire a lead expert who will help the company in the determination of expert workers. An employee with such expertise is one that has had a lot of experiences and is highly skilled. Our company plans to rely on the lead expert in the selection, and recommendation of expert workers. Having a team of experts will give out company a competitive edge over its competitors (GTHR, 2014). The clients will be more drawn to our company rather than its competitors because they know that they will get workers who can deliver high quality services.

At the initial stages, the clients are normally few because they are trying to see whether the company really delivers the standards required. The success of their projects and the ease at which they are able to source workers makes them happy about the company. They consequently seek the services of the company every time they need workers. The kind of service that the company gives to its clients is also very popular among the clients because they do not have to worry about maintaining the workers and paying them salaries. After the job is done, the workers and clients part ways. The clients are saved from having to pay bonuses or salary increments. That is why our company is focussing on this kind of business. Our company has also realized that there are many Western expatriates going to Abu Dhabi. The Western expatriates need accommodation facilities for the period of time they will be staying in Abu Dhabi. Our company will have a great business through the provision of renting and leasing services to these Western expatriates (LLJ, 2014).
Organisation and Management
The organisation structure of our company will include the CEO, managers, supervisors, clerks, and casual workers. The organizational structure will be hierarchical with the CEO at the very top of the hierarchy (GTHR, 2014). The CEO will have the final say in the decisions that are made in the company. The managers will head various divisions of the company.
The supervisors will monitor the work of the clerks to ensure that their activities are directed towards the achievement of the goals of our company. The supervisors can help the clerks that are experiencing problems at work, to adapt to the work activities quickly. The supervisors are experts who have had a lot of experience and have developed high skills. They know all the operations of the company and can foretell the outcome of an action. The supervisors can help the management to spot the best workers. They can also recommend workers that need more training (GTHR, 2014).
The casual workers will be recruited when there is a project that is ongoing. Our company benefits from casual workers because they are not expensive and will not require bonuses or salary increments. The casual workers are also cheap to maintain, and can help our company in the event the company gets orders from many clients.
Product or Service Analysis
Our company will deal with the provision of expert workers to the clients in various industries. We will recruit expert workers who are able to offer technical support services to clients. Our company will get orders from clients concerning the number of workers they require in their projects. We will then recruit workers based on the advice given by experts, and connect these workers to the clients. In most cases the clients will only need the workers for a specific project. The clients will accommodate the workers at their site. At the end of the project, the workers and the clients will part ways.
Our company will also provide renting and leasing services to Western expatriates. Abu Dhabi has many Western expatriates, and most of them require accommodation facilities for the period of time that they are in Abu Dhabi. The company will do very well in this business because the expatriates can stay in Abu Dhabi for long periods of time. The company will attract the Western expatriates by availing accommodation facilities that are of high quality standards.
Marketing and Sales
Our company plans to market itself through the implementation of two strategies. The first strategy is to use the network of contacts that the company has acquired based on its previous activities in the region. The second strategy will be through a BD campaign focusing on the major contacts, and will target the opportunities available in the area. A marketing campaign will enable more people and businesses to be aware of the existence of our company.
Our company will be able to build a large client base due to its popularity. A large client base translates into generation of sales and revenues. Large revenues will enable our company to achieve its goal of becoming financially stable in a span of 12 months.
