The company was unable to maintain its value based on the employee-model due to lack of a centralized service for the dealership. The model would change the high entrepreneurial physiology. The Cervus Equipment management has difficulties in selecting the best salesperson. The principal of the policy approach is another major challenge. The Cervus Equipment was unable to maintain its’ cooperate values. The absence of practice that allows the employees to make critical decisions lacked due to the partnership with OEMs and Peter Lacey played a major role. These would take the company time to intervene through.
