Collaboration within a conflict involved
I
Unfortunately, in this case, there is only one way how to deal with the problem, in order to avoid conflicts insight the working team. First step is to acknowledge the reasons of disagreement, since without a clear understanding of the problem you won’t be able to solve it in the proper way. After the theme of disagreement would be clear, there will be a need in clarifying everyone’s position about the body of the problem. After these steps, there is a need of providing everyone with time, so all who wants will be able to inform us about his or her opinion. And after everyone presents his view of the problem I will respectfully organize the main parts of everyone’s statements to the decision that will perfectly fit into a particular situation. Because this is, what collaboration is about.

In case if my strategy fails, I would prefer, first of all to understand the reasons of this failure. Perhaps there was some misunderstood and, there is a need to repeat explanations about an object of disagreement. In case if this tactics fails too, then there is only one variant - to stop collaboration “Yet the goal of collaboration is not collaboration, but better results” (Hansen, 2009 p16) and we should understand that collaboration must have a proper result. And what proper result can be with the opponent, who doesn’t care about wise opinions? And if someone with a higher position disagrees with me about any question, then there will be a need to ask for a private dialogue, in which I will explain my positions. I hope that this will bring us to dialog. However, if even this will fail, then there are two variants, either to “keep your position”, or just to leave it (depends on how important the situation will be).
