Introduction
A group of people living close together in a specific locality and are socially a unit form what is known as a community. They are affected by the same government rules. Most of the people in the community have the same historical and social heritage. A common factor determines the size of a community that a given group of people neighbouring each another share and follow the rules set by the authorities in charge or rather the government. For the people in a certain community to live happily and in harmony, certain moral, cultural and ethnic values are set and observed by every individual (Delanty, 2003). These rules and regulation are made clear to every individual in a particular community.Different types of challenges are faced in the community depending on varying factors affecting the existence of people in that region. Specific strategies and methods to discover, analyse and establish a solution for a given problem in a group of people is practised. Health problem is one of the major issues that are keenly analysed among people in the community(Lopez., EME Corporation, & EME Software, 1998). It is always noticed that health problem in one community differs from another due to community dynamics.

According to statistics, the rate of unemployment of the population expected to be working is 7.2% that is slightly higher compared to the state at 2.2%. Enviromental condition is another aspect in this city. Air quality index show that level of lead in [µ/m3] in the area as per 2008 was 0.587 caused by the presence of small industries, motor vehicle in the region and lack of better ways to dispose of waste. Sulfur dioxide that is at a higher level compared to the state as a whole. Food and nutrition are other factors affecting health of individuals in the region. Statistics shows that in Cedar Hill, grocery store serves the population at a rate of 1.07/10,000 which is low compared to a place like Missouri that has a rate of 1.88/10,000. Full service restaurant serve at a rate of 4.4/10,000, compared to the state having statistics of 7.37/10000. Availability of medical and healthcare facilities is also an issue in this region. The closest healthcare facility that can take care of a major a problem is about 15 miles from the city.
These factors present in Cedar Hill contribute to health issues and problems that can be avoided. The level of dangerous gases in the environment of the state is low compared to that of the city. This leads to respiratory problems that in worst cases without proper attention may result in death. Food and nutrition are highly observed in the state than in the region. This ensures proper body functioning and long life compared to people who are malnourished or don't observe proper feeding habit. Recreational facility is highly advanced in the state giving an opportunity for an individual to engage in physical activities thus keeping fit and avoid problems such as obesity.
Looking at the general statistics of people in this region, health problems are major. This is so because of the cases dealt with at the variety of health facilities available which most of them lead to disorders caused by either nutrition or environmental factors. Some of the patients also visit the health centres with skin problems that when diagnosed the problem points to environmental contamination. Gases such as sulfur dioxide cause acid rain that cause skin problem such as irritations. It is a major problem in this city and if a remedy is provided it will be one of the best place to live on earth.
In comparison to people from other places, pollution of the environment that cause some of the health issues is the difference. It is a problem that a long lasting solution can be established. Lead free fuel can be used in vehicles reducing the amount of emissions of this dangerous component to the environment. Better recycling mechanisms can be installed in the small industries around to minimise the same pollution effect to the people of Cedar Hill. Social amenities in the region should include facilities such as the gymnasium and trainers to ensure the ageing people are kept physically fit a healthy life hence.
Conclusion
Among all the challenges that can face a community in a certain region such as natural calamities, war and others, health is one that can be put under control with the knowledge of the cause. Children and the ageing population are the ones likely to be faced by this problem in the community. This is because this portion of the population engages in the least amount of activity with more idling time hence more likely to be faced by the health complication.
