Competitive Analysis
This study uses the interview as the mode of collecting information to determine the nature of competition of one international agency and the competitive analysis criteria employed by the business. The interview is conducted by asking the management board of the foundation questions based on the competitive advantage strategies used by the company. The international trade in this interview is the Ford Company. This interview was conducted on a face to face situation. The meeting took thirty minutes. The individual interviewed was an employee of the Ford Company and basically in the department of strategic management and policy formulation. This company manufactures commodities and trades them to other different countries across the world. According to Assis (2016), Ford Company has developed a competitive analysis strategy to enable it to enjoy a comparative advantage as compared to the other firm. Ford Company manufactures cars in the United States of America and exports them to the different countries in the world where it competes with companies like the Toyota in the international market. The interview covered the various areas analyzed in this study in three different areas. The respondent gave the different clarifications by the three key areas:

What type of competitive strategy does Ford Company have in place that enables it to access the international market easily?
Respondent:
Ford Company has a very experienced strategic team. This has allowed the company to develop different branches across the world. This has helped the company operate with a lot of ease. The offices in these countries permit the sale of the products in these countries with fewer restrictions. The strategic team has also developed a close working relationship with the government of this countries hence a reduction in the entry fees charged by these countries.
Every state charges different tariffs on any country entering the market of the particular country. Ford Company being an old company had built a strong bond in various markets. Its products are not new to the international consumers. This gives Ford a comparative advantage as compared to other new firms entering the market. Ford has also developed a selling and a promotion criterion that respects the culture of the particular country.

What specific product, promotion brand and pricing adjustment are necessary to market the products of the company abroad?
Respondent:
Ford Company is basically known across the globe because of the production of quality cars fitted with modern technologies. The company ensures the sale of its products is maximum by carrying out quality promotion brand using the promotion mix. The pricing policy of this firm is developed to best suit the specific country. The pricing policy ensures maximum profit for the company.

What role do particular countries have in the production process in the global supply chain operations?
Respondent:
Ford ensures the cars are enough to supply the entire markets share. Governments of the specific country play a major role in the motor industry. The reduction of tariffs value charged on the entry of cars from Ford Company into the market influences the cost of production. This reduces the cost of production making the prices of the goods in the specific country to cut. This has also enabled Ford to be better in the market as compared to other competitors paying higher tariff value. This has significantly increased the number of cars distribution from Ford Company in the specific country as the supply chain expands.
Conclusion
Every international company should work to have a competitive advantage in the global market. Comparative analysis is very significant to the success of every organization. The sale of products from Ford Company significantly differs in the home country and the foreign countries. The comparative advantages the company enjoys in the countries of origin as compared to the foreign countries. The transaction cost between the countries of origin and the foreign country makes the differences. Ford Company should increase the strategic analysis experts to ensure the company introduces better policies across the entire world (Rogers, 2016). Ford should have a clear out methodology for selling its products and of dealing with different markets across the world.
