Conflict management is the process by which individual does eliminate the negative aspects of conflict while their interest is to increase the positive aspects of conflict. The main impact of the conflict management is to enhance learning in a group during the conversation in the society such as institutions . The conflict management leads to the effectiveness performances in organizational setting by providing solutions to the disagreement.
The topic issue of this conflict is the divergence of the staff on who has the qualities of replacing the therapist quitting. The relational issue of this conflict is the fact there is the opposing part of the group and the proposing part. The opposition party believes that the immediate choosing of the therapist can lead to failure in the institution. The investigations should take place for the therapist before hiring her to create awareness of the weakness and the strength of the person without any conclusion.
The identity issues that can be recognized dialogue is the opposition of the choosing of the therapist, not all members agrees with the fact that the proposed person has the capability of controlling the children even with the fact the individual likes the kids. The second issue is that there is hatred among the workers since some of the individual believe there is no point of others to give their ideas. The possible process issues involved into the dialogue is the issue of undermining individual’s point.
The prediction of the conflict is that there will be no agreement between the opposition and proposition parties this is because each party does believe that there points are more superior and considered. These mean there is no selection of the therapist in the institution, due to the disagreement.
The goal for the opposing party is that the investigation should take place and there is no need of any rush for the selection of the therapist, on the other hard Proposing party believes that the selected therapist is the best and she does a good job in the institution. The goals can only change if each individual agrees to participate in casting of votes to elect a therapist.
In conclusion, the individual should prepare for a meeting and give each staff the opportunity to the individual to support their opinion. These will them to select the best therapist with equal agreement and opinions.
