According to the case study, Veterans need more help and assistance in terms of health, and providing different benefits due to which the advancement and enhancement in the services could be essential (Broderick, 2013).
The company which has been described in this analysis is Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA. It is known as modern, responsive, effective and efficient health care organization that holds number of remarkable models in terms of delivering, effective and quality based outcomes. The main mantra of the company was to provide effective health care benefits to the public, with special emphasize on Veterans by applying technological and communication strategies. The structure of the company has been divided into three levels, subordinate level, supervisory level and management level.

It is required to implement and apply Information Communication Technology (ICT) for the health of Veterans. Tele-health program was intending to initiate in this particular case study, but the problem lays in the fact that how and what ways should have been taken into account to accomplish the same thing, as no one was aware with the actual amount of Veterans (Broderick, 2013). It is also a big issue that most of the populations which have been found in this analysis have very low amount of knowledge of computers and technology, and they are unable to initiate the Tele-Health plans.

According to the case study, the leadership, management and infrastructure of the highlighted organization (VHA) are perfect and organized. According to the findings of the case, the Tele-Health program initiated by the VHA was a true success as it brings results like, fewer bad days of care, reduced the amount and level of admissions, and leaves the patient extremely satisfied with the services. From the conclusion of the case, it is found that the solution would be effective for the Veterans, however measures like awareness programs can be some vital strategies to promote it in international levels as well.
