The concepts of the consumer behavior are grouped into four categories. The four categories of the consumer behavior are cultural, social, personal and psychological.
Cultural Concepts:
The cultural concepts of the consumers are originate from the different views of the consumers. It includes the background, environmental and the geographical location. The cultural concepts includes the following:
Culture: The culture is one of the basic need of a society. It includes the day by day activities of the individuals. The culture defines the way human being interact with each other. The views of a person is also defined by the culture. Every culture contains some values that are being followed since long time.
Application of Culture: The video of the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra provides some information about the cultural info of the Thailand. The video background music is a old traditional music of the Thailand that reflects the culture of the Thailand. The style of music is also different from Indian Music. It reflects the culture of two different places.

Status: The social status of a person have huge impact on the behavior of a person. It is the status of a person that are generated by analyzing the condition of a person in a society. The social status of a person brings huge changes on the habits and day by day life style.
Application of Status: The videos consists some great examples of social status. The video that portrays a couple shows their social status. It shows they are belong to a status where they are respected and they are concerned about the culture. The other video that consists of dance shows that the girl is a dancer, she is an entertainer. The social concept is another important concept that influence the consumer behavior significantly. It can be divided into three categories such as reference groups, family and social roles.

Family: The behavior is controlled by the family in great extent. The habits of family is followed by the family members for decades. The family members have influence on each other as well as new born child also get influenced by the other family members to develop themselves.
Application of Family: The videos have one example of a family. The video provides the example of a couple. It can be considered as a family as they have influence on the behavior of each other. Each person may have their own views and the family exists by combining the views of each members of the family.
Roles: The roles of the people is defined by their position on the society. People have to play different roles in the society to keep it running. As an example, some people plays the roles of movie maker and there are groups of viewers.

Lifestyle: The life style of an individual includes all the activities, interest and values of a person. It includes the ways used by a person to lead life.

Perception: It is the process that is used to collect, interpret and analyze information for getting some results. It decides how the people will act. It can be used for marketing to rising the sense of buying the product among customers.
