The database consists of information that is collected, stored, organized and safeguarded in order to permit easy recovery whenever the information is required. Databases consist of information in the form of data, which is again a collection of facts that can be in numbers, dimensions, terms or observations. Hence, databases are made up of tables that contain fields and reports (Reitz, 2004-6).

Databases permit the user different searching methods which include; Boolean search, which is also known as keyword searching, the truncation search known to use different type of words in a Boolean search, stop word search and nesting search method that always maintain the meaning of your keyword search. The main function of “AND” “OR” “*” and “---” in keyword search is to amend the results in order to gather every information in the database that include a single word or set of words (Reitz, 2004-6).

Yes, according to our search there are excessive articles in relation to our main topic. By use of an advanced search function that gives results that are, more refined and has control over the user, one can simply, narrow down this kind of search.

The database provides abstract information only. Hence, to have full access of the text information one has to download the PDF version of the full text.
