Education should be limited to classroom.do you agree or disagree?
The twentieth century has been considered high-tech, and almost everything technology has been equally involved. This means that education equally has to engage this notion in order to make its processes successful. In that perspective, it means that education cannot be limited since this will equally lessen on the steps advocated in learning. There has been several institutions to initialize learning and make it as a free activity which should not be limited and by allowing the students to learn from their homes or any other relevant areas has been the major target to make work easy for the instructors or teachers. It has equally made learning easy for children as they are able to research more on what they are taught and also can get the instructions from their teachers online. While computers emerge to engage students, they have enabled students to learn more and equally achieve more and that is why education should not be limited.
Currently, because of the improved technology and rapid growth, education has been taken out of the class (Crooks, 1978). Improved technology has in turn resulted into a stiff competition among institutions providing the educational services. However, some people still prefer to use the traditional way of learning. Such people should be informed that the traditional method of learning is only but informative hence the need for learning outside.
It is important that education should always be conducted beyond classrooms. This is because some significant aspects are articulated outside the classroom. While taking into consideration of the previous traditional approach that only presumed its facts in classroom, it is evident that the process should be explored more outside so has to facilitate learning. From research from different perspective, it has been note that learning outside classrooms has diverse assumptions which equate the learner with appropriate diversion which comprehend learning. Regardless of some critics who depict that education should be limited in classroom, learning even outside classrooms has several disadvantages that are significant in an individual (Kempf, 2009, p.118). In addition, several scholars have argued out that it is equally important to focus outside classrooms since some of the elements that are taught in the classrooms need to be put into practice outside the classroom.
Recently, education has been digitalized, and that means that employing technology in education is a major aspect in that context. Limiting education means that technology which has highly facilitated learning cannot be taken into consideration. The use of computer and internet has greatly been acknowledged to contribute in learning. Students learning outside classrooms have equally made it easy for the teachers to teach the students in diverse ways. While taking into consideration of the use of internet, learners have been able to explore more and equip themselves with proper learning skills or techniques which make them to learn more aspects beside those that they are taught in classrooms (Ebert & Culyer, 2007).
It is evident that online learning is on a major aspect which shows that education should not be limited. For instance, students engaging learning beyond classroom is one approach that has been advocated by diverse perspectives. Teachers use online approach to send the assignment and any learning material, and therefore students can easily access them from their homes. If we argue out that education should be limited then, it means that this process should not be affiliated. It is equally important to note that this technique of learning is very helpful in the context that it has made learning very easy than the traditional approach. In addition, this has equally helped those individuals that are so busy, but are still learning in various organizations and, therefore, they learn engage in online learning to make their learning easy.
The quality of education in diverse institutions has greatly improved over the past few decades. This is unlike the previous times when education could only be articulated in classrooms only. This has become a motivation factor that has been presumed in learning as it has substituted for an effective teaching. The quality of both primary and secondary has been sustained by advising the children to learn outside the classrooms (Jacobs, 1994). The guidance that has been put in diverse aspects has been an encouragement in making learning not to look like a hard task and that is why it should be advocated that students should not only be incorporated in classrooms.
Learning outside classrooms entails watching movies, listening to radios on some significant programs that encourage learning, peers, television among other essential elements. Some of these sources are significant elements which provide ideas in learning. Some of the elements that are taught in class are the common issues that take place outside the classrooms and therefore, when the students have been taught they have to put them in practice or learn more of what they have been taught by watching on how they are affiliated in television or how they are anticipate in the real life situation. For instance, some aspects such as movie review can be equally taught in classrooms, however they may not be able to show the movie in classrooms but the instructor or teacher while just point out on the key features in that context. Based on that notion, the student can go home or any other place outside the classrooms, search for the same movie in order to explore on the ideas or other relevant aspects that take place within the movie. This is one way that shows education should not be limited since several aspects will be left out.
Some of the evidence presumed from the limiting education stands on its own and some theories elaborate extensively on why technology has substituted good teaching. Based on the fact that children are considered as naturally curious in almost every aspect, at some point they never need an ongoing guidance and motivation or encouragement to depict in the ascent. In that perspective, they generate their own learning processes from outside classrooms as they reschedule their by anticipating on learning outside classrooms (Arum & Roksa, 2011, p.132). Doing some research online is also among the critical issues that advocate as to why education should not be limited. For instance, while the learner is outside the classroom, he or she does not need supervision or monitoring from teachers or an instructor. Following the guidelines from the computer will be enough to learn and, therefore, the teacher does not need to be involved in that aspect. In addition, one can learn and do exams online, and this considered as an effective approach in learning.
In conclusion, education should not be limited in any way, it should be allowed to take place outside the classrooms as well and facilitate learning. It also makes work easy for the teachers or instructors as they need to give guidelines for the students to learn more through the use technology. Technology has been characterized as the main influencer in this context and, therefore, learners should make good use of it in the learning processes thus making education effective.
