Lastly, Xi Jinping (2012 – present) is the current head of state of PRC. His initiatives include the promotion of the ‘Chinese Dreams’, promotion against corruption, and the continuation of the work on the market’s reformation (Foreign Policy Association, 2014).

The main purpose of the Cantral Military Comision is to continue the efforts in advancing the building of the Army of the People’s Republic of China and to accomplish the historic mission carried out by the military (Mulvenon, n.d).

The Communist Party’s Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) is in charge of the senior decision making body of the People’s Republic of China. The rank of the Premier in the Chinese political system or in the Communist Party’s Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) is second in rank where the Premier of the State Council is in charge of handling the bureaucracy of the country and is considered to be the efficient top economic representative of the People’s Republic of China. The State Council is the highest organ of the PRC administration. It is responsible for implementing the policies enacted by the Communist Party and passed by the National People’s Congress (Lawrence, 2013).
