In this paper I would like to discuss very important topic nowadays, which is the fast food. Fast foods are everywhere and became the part of our lives. I will provide you with my vision of the impact of fast foods on all of us. I will also discuss if the fast food is a good or a bad thing.
The pace of life keeps increasing from day to day and fortunately or unfortunately we have to keep up with it. Time is everything now. The more time you have, the more successful you can become. You can spend more time on education or your hobbies that can bring you some money in future. In terms of time saving, fast food is a good thing I believe, as it is called “fast” not without a reason. You come there and get your food cooked in not time. The speed of consuming this food is also fast. We do everything to save time. But do we really saving it by eating there? Well, maybe or that particular moment, not for the future. We should not forget about the influence of such food on our health. Eating fast never means eating healthy. Fast food means fat food. Some even call it junk food. So in a couple of years fast food fans may find themselves in a very regrettable situation. Gaining weight, problems with liver and heart, and this list is not complete. Saving time by eating in such restaurants may cause a negative effect on you. You may spend a lot of time in hospitals trying to get your health back, which is very difficult.
Eat or not eat in fast food restaurant is up to you. You need to choose between time saving and your health. The decision is always yours.
