The proposal consists the business plan of the company that presents its business and financial overview. Along with that, it offers the future business perspective of the company. The proposal consists of an analysis for forecasting the future growth opportunities (Freed, Romano & Freed, 2011). The proposal does not contain any risk analysis that presents the uncertainties that may occur in the future while carrying on its operations.
Purpose of the proposal
The purpose of the proposal is to present the business prospect of the company to convince its vendors to come into a contract to carry on a long term business with the Heritage Sandwich Company.

Hence, the proposal is essential for convincing the vendors to cooperate for carrying on its business smoothly.
