Ans-1) every department is essential for the sake of the organization, and it is equally applied on Human Resources Management (HRM) department as well. Human Resources management can contribute in the success of the company by hiring the best talent from the society in the company. HR department knows how to handle the employees accordingly, and how they can become productive for the success of the company
Ans-2) there are certain skills that needed to be important for the HR department and among those skills, the name of people management and interaction skills are some of the major ones. Personal grooming and self-confidence are some of the important skills that should be there in an HR manager. Self-confidence is one of those skills that I have in my personality. It is one of my biggest strengths; however, there is a need to develop the skill of intermingling with the people. Sharing of information and situations are some of the major skills which I want to have in my personality in the near future to become economically prosper and strategically fit.
Ans-3) HRM has now emerged as an important field for the employees and employees are the backbone of an organization. Therefore, managers and supervisors should have a thorough knowledge related to the Human Resources Management in order to run the entire function of the company and manage the brainchild as well. It is the only study from which managers will become able to motivate their employees to play their part for the organizational productivity.

Ans-1) there are certain labor force trends that affect HRM and these forces are mentioned below
Aging of the Labor Force: Aging labor force trends want to be influential in the decision making and impose their decisions on the company rather than asking them for the decisions of the management itself. It will certainly affect over the functionality and the management of the HRM.
Diversity of the Labor Force: Diversity of the labor force usually has a positive impact over the functionality of the HRM because having people with diverse nature and mindset would be more productive for the companies as compared to the individual employees.
Skill Deficiencies of the Labor Force: It will have a negative affect or impact over the functionality and workability of the organizations, and specifically on the HRM functions, because no organization would want to have skill deficit employees in their premises.
Ans-2) Most of the times organizations outsource their overall HR functions because they don’t want to invest in a department that would not generate a substantial amount of money for the company in the future. The role of Human Resources professionals is now blurring a bit, merely due to the consideration of outsourcing because their growth would be hampered extensively in the company. I would like to have a role in external HR services, which would provide HR services to the companies because in my view; HR department is now closed to shutdown in the companies.

There are some functions that could be provide by an organization while delivering the self-service activities, like recruitment, screening, interview scheduling and training & development. The basic advantage in providing self services is that training could be done within the premises and managers have the idea regarding what sort of training that should have been provided to the employees of the company. The biggest disadvantage of providing self services in the HR function is high-cost association with the functions of the company.
Ans-4) The employment relations in the current scenario are quite difficult because of the high competition. Employees have numerous options to switch their jobs, and retention of employees is now becoming too difficult and tricky as it was not in the same favor a generation ago.

- Harassment charge should be imposed on the workers who found guilty in off-color jokes during the breaks

Ans-2) Organizations can motivate their employees with the help of two different types of motivations, which are intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Organizations can motivate their employees by providing cash bonuses to the employees who participated in providing a healthy and safe working environment within the company. Apart from the bonuses, positive feedbacks and appreciation are some of the elements through which the motivational level of the employees can be increased or enhanced considerably.

- Burning from fire is the possible hazard that may engulfed a worker, working in a fast food restaurant, and an employer should take safety measures like fire extinguishers and safety stoves from which they can prevent them from the blazing fire.
- A computer programmer use brain extensively, and there is a chance of getting severe headaches and blood pressure that may endanger the life of the individual, however employer should minimize the level of burden on the employee to minimize the level of risk accordingly
- A truck driver has the probability of getting lethal accident, and employers should insure the truck driver accordingly with accidental backups for him and his family.
- House Painter also has the probability of getting lethal accident by falling from the wall or roof, and employers should insure the painter driver accordingly with accidental backups for him and his family.

Ans-1) being a manager of a fast food restaurant, the basic output of the work would provide healthy fast foods to the consumers. The activities which are required, or inputs for getting the output are quality ingredients, ISO Certifications, Hygienic Foods, Employee’s of the month and others.

There are certain aspects that are changing the skill requirements of the managerial job predominantly in the United States
- With the increasing of technology, the skills of utilizing the same are also increasing hence it creating opportunities for the management as well
- With the increment in the international competition, skills in the managers are also required to increase considerably to attain the competition and make strategies to overcome on it
- Increment of work-family conflict is not common, and HR manager should have knowledge about it

A proper job description is the one from which a supervisor or an employee can get enough idea about the line of their job and what organization is expecting from them.
Is Telecommunicating Fair to those at the office?
Ans-1) Organization are now moving towards cost efficiency, and they prefer their employees to take double actions in their Job Description (JD). According to the ethical course of action, an organization should deploy the work to an employee for which they are capable off, but at the time of requirement they can do it without any prior notifications to them, and there is nothing to deal with the ethical breaching.
Ans-2) The company should list down the designation for which they intend to hire people, and then matches specific skills as well from which they can perform multitask. In order to act ethically, organizations should define that employees may be used for multitasking, and those employees who initiate it would retain valued for the company in the future.
